So Tom's really helped me with helping with the scripting of long form YouTube videos and also organizing all of my content into a Monday board so I can see exactly the progress of where we're at with each piece of content with whether that be long form or short form content. And Tom's super organized with helping us make sure we hit the deadlines for the targets we've set for the amount of content that we want to put out. I could see daily progress of the school community and the content that we're putting out so I could see what was working and what wasn't. Tom also helped from a consulting point of view, so we checked in frequently to find out where we could improve on the content that we're putting out and also the offer that we're creating inside the community. So Tom's health, both in terms of organization and in terms of consulting and giving advice as to how to build the offer moving forward, was really valuable to have somebody to rub brains with and bounce ideas off of in order to get to an idea of what would be the best offer for my community and also what type of content is going to resonate most. So I found it super helpful, really well organized, really easy to communicate with, very quick with communication, and has really helped with putting a nice process in place for us to follow, like a workflow for the content that we're putting together and also really helped me to ensure I'm getting the best quality results from my community and also helped me to formulate a paid offer that I'm going to provide to my community as well. Video transcript: Tom reached out to me on school and normally I'm pretty skeptical about people reaching out and saying, hey, I can help you do this thing. But his message felt a little different. So I clicked on the video he sent. It was a completely customized video where he had like done some research about my school community, about my YouTube channel. And I decided to take the first call with him and I'm so glad that I did. He helped me do this target audience analysis which really helped me hone in on who specifically I was making YouTube content for. Who, who specifically my school community was for. And that really helped me synergize like what was happening between those two platforms. And it just seemed like everything that he touched improved significantly. So before Tom, my click through rate on YouTube horrendous, like we're talking in like the 1 2% horrendous. But we focused on packaging of these YouTube videos. So the titles, the thumbnails, and literally because of Tom, you could see in my analytics when Tom helped me because my click through rate just started going up, increasing. He also completely restructured my school about page, specifically the images. So as soon as that was done, my conversion rate went from low teens, so we're talking 10 to 13%, it was hovering around to low 30 something percent. So that conversion rate of just the tweaks that he made on that about page, very significant. And if that wasn't enough already, he created this entire content system and a data tracking system customized just for me. Now I'm an accountant by day. And the data tracking was just amazing for me. And it just helped me see so quickly, like if we made any changes, were they working, were they not working, were they neutral? And it just helped me get such faster feedback and I would not have been able to do it like this if I was doing it by myself. Like absolutely not. And the personalized content thing was very helpful for me. It helped me organize the content workflow. It just helped me really stay on task because I'm a pretty busy guy. I'm a married man, I got two kids, I have a full time job. I'm trying to do this business thing on the side. So working with someone like Tom was great. I never had to chase him down. He always kept his promises, he always kept his timelines. He's extremely organized. He's an amazing entrepreneur in his own right. And I guess what I'm trying to say here is like if you're trying to send your YouTube traffic to your school community, then Tom is your guy.
